SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided. This confirmation will include a summary of your order, including the products purchased, the total price, and both your shipping and billing addresses. If any details are incorrect, please contact evahalfers@icloud.com immediately to ensure your order is corrected before shipping.

Your order will be prepared and packed for shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Rates 

CTT Portugal local post:
Once your order reaches your country, your local post office will handle the delivery. Most local postal services offer up-to-date tracking information via their website, though this is not guaranteed.

  • Portugal: €3
    1-4 business days
  • Europe: €12
    5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: €15
    5-20 business days 

FedEx priority shipping:
Fast, trackable delivery with reliable service. It's an ideal choice if you need your order delivered quickly or if you're under time pressure. This option is highly recommended for high-value orders, as it provides added security and ensures your items arrive safely and on time.

    1-3 business days
  • Rest of the World: €25
    1-3 business days

FedEx priority Original Artworks:
Original artworks are shipped via FedEx Priority to ensure the most reliable and secure delivery service, minimizing risk of loss or damage during transit. Original Artwork orders within Portugal will be shipped with CTT for domestic convenience.

  • Rest of the World: €30
    1-3 business days

Processing Times:

All orders are made to order and prepared individually in my studio. As a result, please allow 1-4 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Orders are shipped once a week, so shipping will occur after the preparation time.

Tracking & Delays
While shipping times are generally reliable, they can occasionally be delayed for various reasons. Once your order is in transit, you can track its progress using the provided tracking number. If there are significant delays, or if your tracking number shows no updates or your order seems to be lost, please contact evahalfers@icloud.com with your order number and I will assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Changes
It is not possible to alter the shipping address once the order has been shipped. If an incorrect shipping address was provided and the package has already been dispatched, a reshipping fee may apply. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the best solution.

Customs, Taxes & Duties
Please be aware that Eva Halfers is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be charged by your country upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND POLICY

Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to evahalfers@icloud.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name, address, email address, order number, and specify which item(s) you would like to return.

Every order is packed with great care to prevent damage during shipment. In case a defect still occurred, please include photos in your email so the issue can be properly assessed. This way I can take care of the best solution.

Returns that have not been announced via email cannot be processed.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are only processed after the item has been received in its original condition.
  • If the item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery, a deduction may be made to reflect any loss in value.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but returns are accepted according to this policy.

For original artworks, colors are represented as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Please keep this in mind before placing an order, as it helps prevent unnecessary returns of high-value pieces.
